Rod is highly-skilled, prompt, and courteous.  He works quickly and efficiently.  He inventories spare parts to eliminate down-time.  He is scrupulously honest and fair in his pricing.

In aging buildings like ours, preventative maintenance and repairs are essential.  Rod services and maintains our Rinnai pass-through (tankless) water heating system for the whole complex.  He services and replaces temperature-pressure gauges.  For extensive plumbing jobs he can and will do bathroom and kitchen remodeling.
